Change of equipment on behalf of Viken Fiber in Piloten Boligsameie

In connection with the transition to a new TV solution from Altibox, Viken Fiber, we need access to every apartment with outdated equipment to change the home central (white box).

NOTE: If you are not on the list, your equipment is updated, and you should already have received a new decoder (black box). If you have not received one, we ask that you contact Viken Fiber phone number 21 45 45 00.

If you are not available for the allocated time slot, we ask that you try to exchange time with a neighbor or have someone else there to let the technician in. If you do, please send us an email informing us with whom you exchanged time with.

If neither alternative is available, please contact us on tel.: 47 77 40 00 – 1 to schedule a new time. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 – 10:45 and 11:30 – 15:00.
